1. How can I place an order?
Once you’ve added your favorite items to the cart, placing an order is easy:

2. How will my order be confirmed?
After completing your order, you’ll receive an email with your order number. Our team will then reach out within 24 hours to confirm the details, and once verified, your order will be shipped out.
3. What happens if I forget to enter the verification code for order confirmation?
No problem! If you skip the verification code, our customer support team will handle the confirmation manually on our end to keep your order moving.
4. Does adding an item to my cart reserve it?
Not quite. Items are only reserved for you once you’ve gone through checkout and confirmed your order.
5. How long will it take to receive my order?
We dispatch orders within 48 hours, after which they’re handed over to our courier. Delivery typically takes 4-5 working days, though delays might occur due to holidays, weather, or unexpected events like lockdowns.
6. What are the shipping costs for local and international orders?
Good news! Rahaa Apparel provides free shipping across Pakistan. Unfortunately, we don’t offer international shipping at this time.
7. Who covers VAT and customs duties for international shipments?
Since we currently ship only within Pakistan, there are no international VAT or customs fees to worry about. If this changes in the future, those charges would be the customer’s responsibility.
