Eligibility for Exchanges

You can exchange your item within 7 days of delivery if:

  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The item does not match the original specifications or description shown on our website.
  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Important: No exchanges or returns are offered on items purchased at a sale price or during special promotions.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are only available in the following cases:

  • The product is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
  • The item is damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The item does not match the description provided on our website.

Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

How to Request an Exchange or Refund

To initiate an exchange or refund, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: WhatsApp us at +92 334-6095493 or email us at support@rahaaapparel.com with your order number and the reason for your request. For damaged or defective items, please include photographic evidence.
  2. Approval: Our team will review your request and, if approved, provide instructions on how to return the item.
  3. Return the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging and ship it back to us within 7 days of your purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item incorrect.
  4. Processing: Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your exchange or refund within 7 business days.

Note: You must notify us of your claim within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for an exchange or refund.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it is processed. Rahaa Apparel reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons such as out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or payment issues.

Rahaa Apparel reserves the right to deny any claim if the returned item is damaged, used, or missing any original packaging, tags, or accessories.
